Maricris “Crissy” Sitjar, DNP, FNP-C, ABAAHP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in Women’s Health. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a board-certified diplomate in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine through the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP).

Crissy provides comprehensive women’s health care with a focus on preventive services, prenatal and postpartum care, gynecologic health, and reproductive and family planning. She is known for her patient-centered and compassionate approach and values building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients so they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout every stage of life.

Committed to culturally responsive and evidence-based care, Crissy serves individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support a broad patient community.

Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her family.
