- Diaper Benefits: Starting in the third trimester and extending up to your child’s third birthday, participants will have the opportunity to receive diapers. We understand the importance of easing the transition into parenthood and are committed to supporting our families during this significant time.Notice: Must be a CCHC patient to receive diapers up to the age of 3 years old
