What Is the DREAM Baby Program?
The DREAM Baby Program is designed to provide comprehensive, continuous, and compassionate care for expectant parents—from your first prenatal visit through your child’s third birthday. Our approach focuses on whole-person wellness, addressing your medical, emotional, and social needs.

Do I have to be a CCHC patient to join?
Yes. You must receive OB care at CCHC to participate in the DREAM Baby Program and to receive benefits such as diapers.
Are the gifts and diapers really free?
Yes. All program benefits are free for eligible patients.
What happens if I switch providers during pregnancy?
If you transfer care away from CCHC, you will no longer be enrolled in the program. However, you can rejoin if you return for care.
Is the program available in Spanish or Armenian?
Yes. Our staff provides care in English, Spanish, and Armenian, and interpreter services are available for other languages.
Do you offer support for high-risk pregnancies?
