- No Insurance – Patients without insurance or patients with high deductibles who choose not to submit their claim, we have a self-pay option.

Patients who pay their bill in full at the time of service are eligible for self-pay rates. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Sliding Fee Discount Program – We provide a diverse range of services under the Sliding Fee Discount Program. This program is accessible to all qualifying patients and is determined by your annual household income and family size, following the federal poverty guidelines.
