The one hour Healthy Kids class focuses on providing parents/caregivers with tips on building healthy habits for their children ages 5 to 11. Together, you and your child(ren) will learn about portion sizes, foods to eat and limit, and tips on grocery shopping and exercising. Join us to learn and get your questions answered by a Health Educator. All classes are offered in English and Spanish in a group setting. Feel free to bring your family or friends along.
